How We Work

Appointment
Please contact us via telephone 3 days before your preferred shooting time.  The shoot will take between 1 and 2 hours for most homes although some shoots may take longer.

Payment

You can pay by credit card via Paypal (sabrina@themeshnetwork.com) when making the appointment or by check payable to “the mesh network” on shooting day.

Travel
Our main service areas are from Palo Alto to San Jose to Los Gatos.  If you have needs for other cities in the SF Bay Area, travel fees may apply or we can refer you to other photographer in the area.

The Shoot
Our goal at the shoot is to provide 10 or 15 quality photos (depending on the size of the home) that include a front exterior, back exterior and all the major rooms such as living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, master bedroom, master bath and bedrooms.  Powder rooms, small bathrooms, utility rooms, laundry room or garages are not a shooting priority unless you give us direction otherwise. The client should be present at the shoot to discuss any special considerations such as what should be included or excluded in the shots’ otherwise, we will use our best judgment.

Pets
Please make sure pets are contained during the shoot.  Pets are never included in photos and need to be out of the way during the shoot.

Cancellation Policy
If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, please give us 48 hours notice.

Photo delivery
Once the photos are taken they will be edited and optimized for quality and we will choose the best 10 or 15 photos for the client and delivered the final shots via our web site or email within 24 hours.  The client will receive a CD with all photos in original high-resolution size on it within 3 days by USPS.

Photo Rights and Usage
All photos produced for the client may be used by that client for all marketing associated with the current sale of the property in accordance with local MLS rules.  Further, the client recognizes that all photos may be used by the photographer for purposes of self-promotion in future marketing ventures.
