Why you might need a Real Estate Photographer?

85% of buyers today start their home search online.  Other buyers drive around picking up flyers.

So what is the first thing they see on MLS or a flyer? The PHOTOS.

The Realtors’ association survey found that when it comes to Web features that buyers considered “very useful,” 83% cited pictures, 81% cited detailed property information and 60% cited virtual tours.  Didn't they say a picture is worth a thousand words?  After you invest the time and money to have the home staged, are your photos truly showing the best potential of the house?  Do your photos attract buyers’ interest to see the house?

From our experience, great pictures will attract more buyers to see your house – more buyers coming to see your home means more opportunities to sell for a higher price and in a shorter time.  Do these two photos make you want to see the house?

When we have more inventory on the market, buyers have a lot to choose from.  They shop through each house by click the mouse on the photos.  If they don’t like what they see, they click away which means the opportunity for getting an offer just flew away.

Not all Realtors are Professional Stagers or Photographers, and they don’t need to be one either.  All you need to know is when you should ask for help and hire someone to do it for you the right way.

Professional Staging and Photography are two things that set you apart from everyone else.   It is an investment that pays returns.  I am not keeping this service just for my clients - if you are selling your home by yourself (For Sale by Owner) or a fellow Realtor that wants to make your listing stand out from the crowd, I will be more than happy to serve your Photographic needs.
